Nessa Engineering Experts, (NEE) a Limited Liability Corporation has been developed to address the needs for uniform and consistent safety training, PFT, Quantitative respiratory fit testing (QNFT) and Audiometric testing for contract workers in the petrochemical plant environment and, in addition, provide engineering expertise to industry. In order to meet the needs of industry and contractors, the PFT, QNFT and Audiometric testing has been developed to be mobile so that the testing can be conducted at NEE's safety facility or the client's facility. Growth within the industry is anticipated in the near future and NEE and PASCi will be there to meet safety training, environmental and engineering training/consulting needs.
Plains Area Safety Council, inc., is a non-profit 501c3 company that has been developed and it is our mission to provide consistent and authorized safety training, authenticate testing procedures/validation, and maintain security of all training material and customer records. Our goal is to offer mandated safety training and tailor site-specific training to meet the client's needs through certified and industry-educated instructors. |

The mission of Nessa Engineering Experts, (NEE)
LLC and the proposed safety council is to provide consistent
and cost effective safety education and engineering
needs that conform to regulatory standards, industry
accepted practices, and best engineering practices. The proposed
safety council and NEE are committed to continuous improvement
in all aspects of the company's business. This includes upgrades
to the programs, audit process, test procedures/validation, and
security measures. Our goal is to tailor the training to meet
the client's needs. We will maintain continuous improvement by
staying abreast of OSHA regulations and common guidelines.
